It’s a sweaty date with you and Chris – you’ll need nothing more than a TRX and your A-Game.
It’s a 27 minute workout with 9 exercises with 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off for 3 sets of each. —

1A) Reverse Fly
1B) Row
1C) Bicep Curl ?

2A) Chest Fly
2B) Push Up
2C) Tricep Extension

3A) Pistol Squat ?
3B) Curtsey Lunge
3C) Squat Jump ?

As you can tell by Chris’s panting at the end – this one is tough!
