Today we’ve got a TABATA, a form of Interval Training to burn that jiggle around the middle.

Short, sharp 20 seconds bouts of max effort follow by 10 seconds recovery.

Complete the whole workout in under 25 minutes and fire up that full body ready to take on LIFE!

HOW TO:
Set your time to 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off for 8 rounds.

We’ve got 5 components (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) with 2 exercises in each (A, B), and you’ll complete 4 sets of each.
Take up to 60 seconds rest at the end of each set of bases.

2A) Mountain Climber 
2B) Squat Bicycle 

3A) Plank Jack
3B) Cossack Squat 

4A) Tricep Push Up
4B) Drop Squat Jump
