We’re gonna slow it down and seek that deeper burn
Building strength and tone in all the right places – we’ll hit those legs, shape arms and burn that jiggle around the middle.
We’ve got 35 seconds rounds with only 5 seconds rest to allow just enough time to transition.
Each movement is a lower intensity but with less rest it’s sure to bring some heat! *This workout will all be done in around 22 minutes total.
For the main workout – set your timer to 35 seconds on and 5 seconds off for 8 rounds.
We’ve got 3 components (1, 2, 3) with 2 exercises in each (A, B, C, D), and you’ll complete 2 sets of each and 60 seconds rest after each component.
For the core finisher – complete 10 reps of each (1, 2, 3, 4) for 3 sets and have 30 seconds rest after each complete set.
