… today we’re all about using our ‘Spidey’ strength in the form of an EMOM. So you’ll start each exercise Every Minute On the Minute.
You’ll need to grab yourself either a chair, coffee table or a bench.
This workout will take a total of 27 minutes including 60 seconds rest time between each EMOM.
