No equipment today, but just the ability to countdown from 10 to 1. #QuickMath
We’re gonna hit that body from all angles while firing up that metabolism.
To keep things simple we’ve got 3 components (1, 2, 3) with 3 exercises in each (A, B, C), you’ll complete 10 reps of exercise A then B then C, after that hit 9 of each straight away, then 8, 7, 6 until you get to 1.
This one should take around 5 minutes per base, take 1-2 minutes rest at the end before descending on the next.
1A) Glute Bridge
1B) Push Up w/ T-Rotation
1C) 1.25 Forward Lunge
2B) Side Lunge
2C) In Out Squat Jump
3B) Tuck Jump
3C) High Plank Burpee
