Today our workout is fondly named PowerHouse.
It’s a POWER band strength workout you can crush in the comfort of your own house.
The great thing about power bands (resistance bands) is how easy they are to adjust the level of difficulty.
Simply by switching to a thicker/thinner band, by increasing the number of bands or adjusting the positioning of the band can greatly affect the resistance on the muscles.
This one is a strength workout and is all about building shape throughout the body.
We’re sure you’ll be feeling strong after this one! We know so many of you have been craving some load on those muscles and power bands are one of the most simple and effective ways to hit the body from all angles.
