55g Frozen Banana
9g Crushed Peanuts
80g Blueberries
A dash of Unsweetened Almond Milk
METHOD
- Put frozen banana, protein powder and the majority of your blueberries into a blender
- Add a dash of almond milk
- Blend until it becomes an ice cream consistency
- Sprinkle with crushed peanuts & enjoy!
