16g Protein Powder
55g Frozen Banana
9g Crushed Peanuts
80g Blueberries
A dash of Unsweetened Almond Milk


  1. Put frozen banana, protein powder and the majority of your blueberries into a blender
  2. Add a dash of almond milk
  3. Blend until it becomes an ice cream consistency
  4. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts & enjoy!
