Getting started

Whilst all of our classes can be easily modified to suit all fitness and strength levels, our programs are best suited to those with previous training experience.

If you’re a complete beginner then we recommend getting in touch first.

We make it a priority to ensure that everyone is safe to participate in our group classes and will be happy to organise a time to review your goals and technique prior, so that together we can create the right plan for you moving forward.

Save time by pre booking your class via our Life Hub App.
Arrive 5-10 minutes early where your Coach will check you in and make you feel welcome.

Our program brings together the best principles of progressive strength, functional bodybuilding and metabolic conditioning, for you to develop a leaner, stronger physique.

Expect nightclub vibes with epic lighting, awesome tunes and expert Coaches to help motivate you through.
Each class goes from 50 to 55 minutes.
You’re always welcome to come in a little earlier and hang out after for any additional stretching, mobility, vibes or a chat.
Absolutely! Our trainers are dedicated to providing individual attention and guidance within the group setting.

They'll ensure proper form, offer modifications, and motivate you to reach your personal goals. You'll be part of a supportive community, empowering each other every step of the way.
To get the most out of The Program we recommend attending a minimum of 3 classes.

To make progress and build sustainable results we recommend starting with our flagship Lift Club Classes up to 2-3 times per week and then adding Strength Endurance and Conditioning Classes to suit your goals, preferences and lifestyle.

Develop aesthetics and create symmetry with your choice of full, upper and lower body workouts utilising a carefully selected combination of progressive strength, functional bodybuilding and anaerobic conditioning.

Each Lift Club class includes:

ACTIVATION
Warm up and target muscles with specific exercises programmed with your progression in mind.

BUILD
Progressive strength training to track and progress weights in 3-Week Phases as part of a 12-Week Block Periodised Block.

BURN
Body sculpting resistance training with anaerobic conditioning to shape lean muscle and definition while increasing fitness.
Since 2014 Life Hub has led and innovated Group Strength Training with a program built by science and proven with results.

Our Lift Club Classes include a Full Body on Monday, Upper Body on Tuesday and Lower Body on Thursday.

The program is designed to have our biggest compound lifts spaced as far apart as possible with Barbell Deadlifts on Monday and Barbell Squats performed on Thursday to help you perform your best.
All our programs are completely scalable to all fitness and strength levels.

The truth is, you get fit and strong at Life Hub!
We offer a new Program Card at the start of each 12-Week training block.

Whilst tracking isn’t compulsory, it’s an important factor in your ongoing progression.

With our Program Card you can enter the details of your lifts digitally or in printed form to track and progress your weights.
Yes, we suggest planning your week in advance by booking your classes through the Life Hub App.
We have had clients train up until their due date and would love to help guide you through your pre and post natal journey. But it is important to get clearance and advice from your doctor first.

Memberships

The first step is to purchase a trial and experience how good your training can be.

If you would like to continue getting sweaty with us beyond the trial, we can help get you set up to join the Life Hub squad.
Our memberships range from $50-$75, which is the best value way to train with us but also offer casual sessions and packages if that suits you better.

Our goal is to give you everything you need at the cost of less than one Personal Training session.
You now have the support of industry leading coaches, wellness experts, progressive training programs and a community of like minded go getters, who demand more from life.

All memberships include Group Classes, Personal Development Workshops and Exclusive Events.

You also have discounted access to our Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching, Personal Trainers and Allied Health Professionals.
As a Life Hub member, you get a total of 6 weeks suspension free of charge per year.

Each suspension is for a minimum of 7 days and all you’ll need to do is send us an email at least 7 days in advance with the details, and your wish is our command.
