B1 & B2 are gettin’ down and dirty in their Drop It Like It’s Hot Challenge! *Cue Snoop Dog.
You’ll start off by flirting with every movement, every rep and just like past lovers you drop them when you’re done and move down the line .
There’s 8 exercises (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8). With each lap through you drop the last exercise you completed. I.e. 1-8, 1-7, 1-6 etc. until you’re left with that final movement.
The aim of the game is to complete this workout in 25 minutes or less.
1. 100 High Knees
2. 10 Iso Squat Reverse Lunge
3. 12 Shoot Through
4. 5 ES Side Lunge
5. 16 Bicycles
6. 8 Kang Squat
7. 8 Walkout + Push Up
8. Block Run
