Kickstart taught me a holistic approach to my overall health and wellbeing. I learnt how to comprehensively monitor how I feel every day – including my sleep, energy levels, digestion, and how hungry or satisfied I was after each meal. With help from Beth, my Kickstart coach, I have a new understanding of what works specifically for me, and how to tailor my lifestyle to suit my personal needs. Much more than meal planning, I learnt to give myself time to rest, structure my workouts, plan for my work day and to self-care, as well as an in-depth understanding of my own, personal, nutritional needs.
