Chicken Peanut Butter Noodles that are 400 Calories of deliciousness. 🤤
This one is quick and easy using Slendier Noodles as the secret ingredient readily available at most supermarkets.
Slendier Noodles are made of a vegetable called Konjac which is high in fibre and super low in calories.
It’s been used in Asia for centuries and a really handy addition to dishes with a serving of noodles being only 12 calories.
120g Chicken Breast
27g Peanut Butter
5g Olive Oil
100g Slendier Rice Noodles
40g Chinese Brocolli
40g Water Chestnuts
+ Curry Powder
Cook chicken with oil until golden brown
Mix peanut butter with a tablespoon of boiling water and add to wok
Add vegetables and stir constantly until cooked
Prepare Slendier noodles as per packet instructions
Combine and mix through
