Bring your game face for this because you have 17 minutes to smash this one out with NO REST! 😈
Slow the movements down with the strength based exercises and blast away with the explosive movements! We’ll alternate between slower more controlled movements to more explosive movement.🔥

HOW TO
Start with 18 reps for each exercise A-E and work your way down by 2 reps on each until you get all the way down to 2 reps. Thats it!
E.g.
Exercise
A – 18 reps B – 18 reps C – 18 reps D – 18 reps – E 18 reps
A – 16 reps – B – 16 reps etc…

THE WORKOUT
A. Squat (Slow tempo) Think 2 seconds down, 1 second up.
B. Star Jumps
C. Push ups (Slow Tempo) Similar to Squat.
D. Tuck Jumps
E. Bicycle (Slow Tempo)

Use the slower movements to bring down the heart rate with the goal to continue working until all is complete.
