I am your pre/postnatal exercise cheerleader, educator and motivator.
I am a mama with an unwavering passion for all things health & fitness. I’m also a personal trainer with a strong background in HIIT and strength training, as well as being a certified pre/post natal exercise specialist and corrective exercise specialist (CES).
After a decade working in fitness, training many women through their pregnancies and postpartum, and becoming pregnant myself, I’ve seen the significant lack of understanding in the pre/postnatal exercise realm. I especially noticed the absence of classes and programs for women who enjoy strength training and throwing a dumbbell around!
My mission is to demystify pre/postnatal exercise so women can feel empowered to train safely and effectively while growing their bub and as they rehabilitate post-birth. This is why I created BUMPSTRONG.”
