“Hi, I’m Lucy
I am your pre/postnatal exercise cheerleader, educator and motivator.
I am a mama with an unwavering passion for all things health & fitness. I’m also a personal trainer with a strong background in HIIT and strength training, as well as being a certified pre/post natal exercise specialist and corrective exercise specialist (CES).
After a decade working in fitness, training many women through their pregnancies and postpartum, and becoming pregnant myself, I’ve seen the significant lack of understanding in the pre/postnatal exercise realm. I especially noticed the absence of classes and programs for women who enjoy strength training and throwing a dumbbell around!
My mission is to demystify pre/postnatal exercise so women can feel empowered to train safely and effectively while growing their bub and as they rehabilitate post-birth. This is why I created BUMPSTRONG.”

- Pre/postnatal goal setting (yes- you can set exercise goals pre/postnatally!).

- Personalised support, motivation 
and exercise accountability.

Follow-uP Consultations

- Exercise adaptions based on current symptoms & pains.

- Tips & tricks as moving into next phase of pregnancy training.

- Reviewing training program.

- Postpartum pelvic floor exercises derived from pelvic floor tone diagnosis (hyper/hypotonic)

- 1:1 personalised coaching in-studio.

- Personalised care throughout your pregnancy/postpartum exercise journey.

- Targeted programs designed to keep your strong and fit through pregnancy + beyond.

This includes:
 
   - Intra-abdominal pressure management
   - Abdominal strengthening/rehabilitation
   - Pelvic floor strengthening/rehabilitation
   - Core rehabilitation postpartum

- In- person exercise demonstration to ensure safe and effective S&C workouts.
