Oh boy… you guys are in for a treat today! The Queen B’s are bringing you an AMRAP that will test your endurance and bring out the competitive athlete in you!?
Set the timer at 15 minutes and work through the movements (A, B, C, D, E) for As Many Rounds As Possible.
You’ll complete this AMRAP twice and take 2 minutes rest in between. Your aim is to beat the amount of rounds you got in the first 15 minutes. It’s YOU Vs. YOU so a win-win!
A) 6 Man Maker
B) 10 Walking Lunges + Rotation
C) 10 Forward Bear Crawl (controlled)
10 Reverse Bear Crawl (controlled)
D) 100m Run
E) 30 sec Wall Sit
