To do so, you’ll divide and conquer! Complete 33 reps of each exercise in order with 3 sets through. 3 x 33 = 99! #QuickMaths
We challenge you to complete this workout in 22 minutes or under.

D) 33 Mountain Climber (both legs = 1 rep)
E) 33 Glute Bridge
F) 33 High Plank Burpee
G) 33 Table Top Crunch
H) 33 Star Jump
